Confirming Your Ticket Order

There are multiple ways to confirm that you have bought a ticket:

  • A message on the ImpactFlow site with your confirmation number
  • A receipt sent to your email right after your purchase from “ImpactFlow Customer Assistance” at billing@impactflow.com
  • Tickets sent to your email from “ImpactFlow Ticketing” at billing@impactflow.com

Be sure that these items are not in your spam folder. You can also contact the organizer of the event to confirm that you have bought tickets and are on their guest list.
